DELICIOUS LATINAMERICAN FOOD Latin-American food brings the crowds to La Fiesta! If you are a vendor of Latin-American food, please consider applying and participating with a food booth.

Selection Criteria: You must be a vendor of Latin American foods. Your menu must be included with the application with ingredients description and prices.

FOOD RULES AND REGULATIONS All food vendors will be assigned an indoors 10 by 20’ space in the Food Court. The 10’ side will be the front or sales area. All items, equipment, etc. must be contained within your allotted booth space. Additional tables and chairs for your
booth can be provided through El Pueblo; additional fees apply

Food vendors are required to attend a meeting with the Wake County Environmental Services on August 9th, 2008, from 9:30 am to noon at El Pueblo, Inc. located at 4 N Blount St., Raleigh, NC 27601. You will not be allowed to sell food if you do not attend this meeting. Booth fees are not refundable after August 12th. You will receive detailed information about this meeting in your confirmation packet.

Soft drink fountain dispensers may be provided for food booths by El Pueblo, Inc. at no cost should you decide to have one. The soda canisters must be purchased from El Pueblo, Inc. Soda sell prices will be pre-determined by El Pueblo, assuring a profit to the vendor. Bottled water may also be purchased through El Pueblo to be sold in your booth. Order a fountain drink dispenser with your application. Dispensers will be located in your booth, so you will be able to serve your customers food and beverage needs together. Ice will be for sale for $5 per 20 lb. bag.

Vendors must abide by applicable fire and sanitation rules and regulations, (proper grease disposal, recycling of non-disposable items, etc.) Electricity will be provided; you must supply your own 100 ft. extension cord. Water will be provided from an outside, sanitized source but you must provide your own certified water hose.

Due date: To reserve a space at La Fiesta, send your application with check or money order to “El Pueblo Inc.” Please register by May 29th, 2008. After this date a late fee will be applied to your registration. Booth fees are non refundable after June t4th Fecha limite para la aplica- ción: Para un espacio en La Fiesta, envíe su solicitud diligen- ciada con un cheque o giro postal a “El Pueblo Inc.” Favor envíe su solicitud antes de Mayo 29, 2008.
