We are happy to write that as of now, HB 370 and HB 135 have not moved. However, we remain vigilant and will continue to monitor these bills in case they are moved secretly or after hours. HB 370 is now back in the House and it is important that community members continue to email and call their Representatives to ask them to stand against HB 370. HB 135 passed the House and is now in the Senate, please also call you Senators to ask them to vote against HB 135.
