Annual Campaigns
Back to School with El Pueblo
Since 2024, El Pueblo has run an annual campaign to support students from Latino families facing economic challenges. Our goal is to give them a calmer and more dignified return to school by providing backpacks, school supplies, and additional support.

Backpacks
Who Can Benefit?

2024 Results

- We also supported their families with clothing and groceries.
How Can You Help?
Starting in June, we launched our fundraising campaign to expand the number of beneficiaries each year.
“We want to close the year with hope, unity, and support for Latine families in Wake County. That’s why in 2024 we began this beautiful tradition: a community celebration during our last annual FaithAction ID event.”
– Luis Lozano, Digital Coordinator

End-of-Year Campaign
- New jackets and gently used winter clothing
- Family grocery parcels
- Activities and gifts for children
- Informational and community resources
We know many families face a difficult winter, and we want no child to be cold or family to feel alone.
- The fundraising campaign opens in November each year.
- The event takes place in December during our final ID event.
