All people who wish to receive an ID must sign up for an appointment.

Requirements

To obtain a Community Action ID, applicants must bring the following requirements to their appointments:

Photo ID

Expired driver’s license, national identification card, consular registration, passport, or other identification from your embassy.

Proof of Address

A utility bill, such as electricity, water, gas, or cable, a rental agreement, medical bills, or bank statements

Cost $10

(cost covers materials, printing, and shipping.)

Community Action ID
* Community Action IDs are valid for one year, so when your ID has expired, remember to attend a next issue day to renew it*
