Self-care workshop:

This month, as part of our career and skill building session for La Escuelita we will be hosting a self-care workshop, facilitated by a local massage therapist! Self-care isn’t just a buzz word, it’s an actual job and the job is you! Through this workshop we will break down what it means to take care of yourself and give you tools that will help you with your personal upkeep.

The workshop will happen Feb. 25th at El Pueblo offices, 2321 Crabtree Blvd, Ste 105, Raleigh, NC 27604, from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.
