FaithAction ID
FaithAction International’s community ID program provides a valid indentification to people who cannot access a federal, state, or consular identification.
It is a form of identification that says you are part of our community. However, it is not a driver’s license or government ID.
In Wake County, FaithAction IDs are issued by El Pueblo with the support of grassroots groups and other organizations that are part of the Community ID Coalition.
Requirements
To obtain a FaithAction ID, applicants must bring the following requirements to their appointments:
Photo ID
Expired driver’s license, national identification card, consular registration, passport, or other identification from your embassy.
Proof of Address
A utility bill, such as electricity, water, gas, or cable, a rental agreement, medical bills, or bank statements
Cost $10
(cost covers materials, printing, and shipping.)
* Community Action IDs are valid for one year, so when your ID has expired, remember to attend a next issue day to renew it*
