HB 370 Veto Party!

We did it! Governor Cooper has vetoed HB 370 and we could not have done this without your help! On Tuesday, we flooded his phone line with calls and voicemails, and yesterday Governor Cooper decided to stand with immigrant communities!
This coming Wednesday, August 28th, we will have a Veto Party for HB 370 to celebrate the many months of struggle and work we put into defeating this bill. However, as an organization who has been around for over twenty years, we know the fight is not over and there will be another bill coming down the line. We need you to be able to better defend ourselves from harmful legislation in the future. Come celebrate with us and join our efforts to defeat any anti-immigrant bill in the future!
